1. Services Provided

The Noble Nanny offers childcare and related services, including but not limited to babysitting, nannying, and transportation assistance. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Appointments must be scheduled through our booking platform.

  • Payments must be made in advance to confirm services.

  • Additional fees may apply for last-minute bookings, extended hours, additional children, or travel outside our service area.

  • Cancellations require at least [Insert Timeframe] notice; otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Caregiver Responsibilities

  • Our caregivers are trained professionals committed to providing a safe and engaging environment.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • The Noble Nanny is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that occur during services unless due to negligence.

  • While we thoroughly vet all caregivers, parents acknowledge that childcare involves inherent risks.

  • The Noble Nanny reserves the right to update or modify services at any time.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and only collect necessary information to provide services.

  • Personal information will never be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit payment.

8. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if policies are violated or if a caregiver feels unsafe.

  • Parents who violate these terms may be restricted from future bookings.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Los Angeles.
