How do I book a nanny appointment?

All bookings are made through our online scheduler. Each appointment is booked per hour, so if you need multiple hours, please select the appropriate number of time slots.

Can I book same-day services?

Same-day bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time.

Do you offer recurring nanny services?

Yes! If you need ongoing care, we can set up a custom schedule for you. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Services & Pricing

What does your nanny service include?

In addition to childcare, we assist with baby-related housework, such as washing baby dishes, baby laundry, and tidying up play areas. We also provide enrichment activities and homework help for older children.

Do you offer add-ons for extra children or travel distance?

Yes! Additional charges apply for extra children, extended travel distances, and specific service add-ons. Please select the appropriate add-ons when booking.

Are your nannies background checked?

Absolutely! All of our caregivers undergo thorough background checks to ensure a safe and trusted experience.

Are you CPR and First Aid certified?

Yes, our nannies are CPR and First Aid certified to ensure the safety of your children at all times.

Do you care for children of all ages?

Yes, we provide care for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. Let us know any specific needs when booking.

Cancellations & Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

What if I need to extend my booking?

If you need additional time, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
